Stage 01 · Start

Neural Exit Creative Test

Find a direction worth developing.

€150
Fixed · paid upfront

What you get

  • One product
  • Two genuinely different creative angles
  • Two opening hooks per angle
  • Four finished 9:16 short-form ads, typically 10–20 seconds
  • A short test map showing what each ad is testing
  • Two concept directions before production
  • One consolidated revision

Delivery

Two concept directions — angle, opening, rough narrative and visual direction — within one business day of a complete brief.

Concept gate: if neither direction is worth producing, stop before production and the €150 is refunded.

Four finished ads approximately three business days after concept approval. No call required.

To start we need five things: your product URL, the target customer, the call to action or offer, brand constraints, and links to the product photos or video you already have.

Who it’s for

Consumer and ecommerce brands with one identifiable product, a working website and existing product photos or video — ideally already advertising, or about to.

Not a fit: brands with no usable product material, brands whose main strength is real customer testimony on camera, art direction beyond our demonstrated range, regulated claims without a review process, or teams that really need media buying or repositioning.

Not included

  • Media buying or campaign management
  • Creator sourcing or physical shoots
  • More than one product, or extra aspect ratios
  • Source or project files
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Landing pages or full brand strategy
  • Long-form custom video or complex 3D work
  • Regulated advertising claims
  • Any performance guarantee

Stage 02 · Expand a signal

Neural Exit Creative Expansion

Take the strongest direction further.

€450
Fixed · after a Creative Test

What you get

  • Two new sub-concepts around the chosen direction
  • Eight controlled ads: four per sub-concept, from two hooks × two opening visual structures
  • Two messaging spines, four hook lines, one call-to-action structure per concept and two primary-text or headline starters
  • A Creative Expansion Map: the hypothesis behind each concept, what each version changes, a suggested launch order and the metrics to check
  • One SKU, one 9:16 format, one consolidated revision

Delivery

The Creative Expansion Map within one business day of complete inputs, for your approval before production.

Eight finished ads approximately four business days after concept approval. No call required.

One consolidated revision against the approved concepts. A request for a different concept is new scope.

Who it’s for

Available only after a Creative Test whose ads have launched and produced at least one promising signal — for example one direction clearly ahead on hook rate and click-through, stronger conversion data, or your media buyer choosing it as worth deeper testing.

You also need accepted Creative Test work, paid traffic for the new ads, and the same product, offer and core audience.

It is never an automatic next step. If neither direction deserves more, a new Creative Test with a different angle is usually the better move. If the first ads never went live, we’ll ask what got in the way before suggesting anything else.

Not included

  • Additional SKUs or aspect ratios
  • Source or project files
  • Media buying, campaign setup, landing pages or full-funnel strategy
  • Physical filming, creator sourcing or influencer rights
  • Complex bespoke 3D or advanced manual compositing
  • Long-form content, organic social calendars, email or SMS copy
  • New concepts after the map is approved
  • Unlimited revisions, live weekly calls or rush delivery
  • Regulated claims research

Stage 03 · Run the learning system

Neural Exit Creative Learning System

Turn campaign results into the next creative tests. Results → hypotheses → creative → launch → results → next round.

€1,100/month
Month-to-month

What you get

  • Three new creative hypotheses each monthly cycle
  • Twelve controlled 9:16 ads per cycle across two drops: Drop A, two concepts and eight ads; Drop B, one follow-on concept and four ads informed by the newest results
  • Performance analysis of your creative-level delivery, attention, click and conversion data before each hypothesis decision
  • A concise monthly Creative Learning Brief: what was tested, what appears to be happening, how confident the evidence is, what to stop, what to repeat and what to test next
  • Up to three messaging spines, six hook lines and three call-to-action or primary-text structures
  • One consolidated revision per drop

Delivery

Drop A within five business days after the monthly data handoff and concept approval. Drop B within four business days after the mid-cycle data handoff.

Async by default, with a short human conversation only when the data genuinely needs one. No standing meetings.

If Drop A doesn’t go live, we pause and review before producing Drop B rather than building it on results that don’t exist.

Month-to-month, with no multi-month lock-in.

Who it’s for

Active paid advertisers with creative-level performance data they can share every cycle.

  • Paid social campaigns running now
  • Enough spend for each new ad to get meaningful delivery — checked with you or your media buyer
  • One person or agency responsible for media buying
  • Approved ads launched within about a week
  • Fresh creative needed at least monthly, with approvals returned promptly
  • A completed Creative Test, usually followed by a Creative Expansion

The fit check confirms data and delivery. The price is the same for everyone who fits.

Not included

  • Media buying, ad-account management or campaign builds
  • More than one primary SKU or primary format per cycle
  • Creator sourcing, physical shoots or raw footage procurement
  • Landing-page redesign, email or SMS marketing, organic content calendars
  • A full copywriting retainer
  • Unlimited calls or concept changes
  • Source files, bespoke 3D or heavy VFX
  • Multi-language adaptation or influencer licensing negotiation
  • Legal review of regulated claims
  • Any performance guarantee

Every stage

What’s promised, and what isn’t

Promised

The defined work, to the brief you approved

Each stage delivers exactly its stated scope. If a finished ad materially deviates from the approved concept, it’s corrected without using your revision.

Not promised

Sales, ROAS or any ad result

We don’t control your offer, landing page, budget or media buying, so no stage promises sales, revenue, ROAS, CPA, click-through rate, conversions or platform delivery.

Production

AI-assisted, human-directed

Neural Exit uses AI-assisted production. A person chooses the concepts and reviews every finished ad before delivery.

Your side

You run the ads

Media buying, campaign setup and landing pages aren’t included at any stage. The finished ads are yours to run in your own ad accounts.

FAQs

Questions worth asking first

The Creative Test

Why is the Creative Test only €150?

Because it is deliberately narrow: one product, two angles, four finished ads, one revision, and no calls or proposals to price. It is a small, fixed first step — not a reduced version of something bigger.

Can the price be negotiated?

No. Each stage has one fixed scope and one fixed price, so there is nothing to quote. If the timing or budget isn’t right, that’s completely fine.

What do you need from me to start?

Five things: your product URL, who the customer is, the call to action or offer, any brand constraints (tone, claims, things to avoid), and links to the product photos or video you already have.

How do I pay?

The Creative Test is paid upfront. Send the brief by email first; the reply confirms your product is a fit and explains how to pay before any work starts.

What if neither concept is right?

You see two concept directions — angle, opening, rough narrative and visual direction — before full production. If neither is worth producing, tell us before production starts and the €150 is refunded.

What counts as a revision?

One consolidated round of changes to the finished ads, against the approved concept. If an ad materially deviates from what you approved, fixing it doesn’t use your revision. A request for a different concept is new scope.

Do I need a call?

No call is required for the Creative Test or the Creative Expansion. The Creative Learning System is async by default, with a short human conversation only when the data genuinely needs one.

Production and results

Can you guarantee sales, ROAS or any ad result?

No. We don’t control your offer, pricing, landing page, budget or media buying, and ad platforms decide delivery. What is promised is the defined work, delivered to the brief you approved.

Do you use AI?

Yes. Neural Exit uses AI-assisted production. A person chooses the concepts and reviews every finished ad before delivery. You approve the direction before the final versions are produced.

Who runs the ads?

You or your media buyer, in your own ad accounts. Media buying, campaign setup and ad-account management aren’t part of any stage.

Do we own the finished ads?

Yes — the finished ads are yours to run, and keep running, with or without us. Source and project files aren’t included.

Which products are a good fit?

Consumer and ecommerce products that can be shown honestly from existing photos or video — for example beverage, fragrance, skincare, home, accessories and hardware.

Regulated claims, such as health or financial claims, need a proper review process and may be declined. We’re also not the right choice when a brand’s strength is real people on camera, or when there is no usable product material.

Can one stage cover more than one product or format?

No. Each stage covers one product and one 9:16 format; the Learning System covers one primary SKU per cycle. Another product or format is separate scope, never quietly added.

The next stages

When does the Creative Expansion make sense?

Only after your Creative Test ads have launched and shown at least one promising signal: one direction clearly ahead on early metrics such as hook rate and click-through, stronger conversion data, or your media buyer choosing it as worth deeper testing.

If neither direction deserves more, a new Creative Test with a different angle is usually the better move. If the first ads never went live, we’ll ask what got in the way before suggesting anything else.

Why is the Learning System price published?

Because a hidden price only turns into a surprise later. €1,100/month is the price for everyone who fits. The fit check confirms you are running paid social and can share creative-level results — it isn’t a price negotiation.

What does the Learning System need from us each month?

Creative-level results from the ads we delivered — spend, impressions, hook or view rate where available, click-through, cost per click and conversion data — plus prompt async approvals and launching approved ads within about a week.

Can we stop the Learning System?

Yes. It is month-to-month, with no multi-month lock-in.

How long does each stage take?

Creative Test: concepts within one business day of a complete brief; finished ads approximately three business days after concept approval.

Creative Expansion: the map within one business day of complete inputs; finished ads approximately four business days after concept approval.

Creative Learning System: Drop A within five business days after the monthly data handoff and concept approval; Drop B within four business days after the mid-cycle data handoff.

Start with one product.

Two genuinely different angles, two hooks each, four finished 9:16 ads — and you see the concepts before anything is produced.
